Friction Screw Press with Pneumatic Control
This friction screw press is driven through a pneumatic (compressed air) control instead of a hand lever. The operator starts each stroke from a push button, an air cylinder engages the friction drive, and the flywheel accelerates the screw and ram onto the die. Because the drive engages the same way every time, blow energy repeats from part to part and the operator’s hands stay clear of the die. It suits hot forging, coining, embossing and sizing of non-ferrous parts. The press body is a one-piece welded steel box, stress relieved after welding, and the screw is heat-treated alloy steel.
We Manufacture Friction Screw Machine Capacity From 50 Tons to 800 Tons
